ENERGY - Creating a wellness program for professionals with stressful jobs

The GREEN CARE WELLNESS program is part of the Erasmus+ project "ENERGY - Creating a Wellness Program for Professionals in Stressful Jobs", which aims to improve the mental and physical health of professionals in highly stressful professions.

It addresses the increasing stress levels in the workplace and the disconnect between urban lifestyles and nature. The project promotes environmental awareness, focusing on “green” topics such as the benefits of forests, sustainable living, and the conservation of natural resources.

PROJECT OBJECTIVE

ENERGY aims to innovatively solve the problem of work-related stress, which is faced by more and more professionals and organizations, with the help of organic wellness programs and methods.
